I bought full proper VCDS just 10 years ago. Only a few years in, they killed support for newer cars, now not even driver won't work after windows update and this company is taking a laugh at its loyal users by offering an upgrade that is more than original purchase price instead of releasing 1 minute worth of work driver update. What a terrible joke! Why do you think I will want to keep doing business with you like that?
Besides your buggy software killed the roof of my VW EOS a few years back. Clear bug, severe consequences. GARBAGE!

Great product, does what it intends extremely well.

An pretty much every interaction with customer support, perhaps due to the "enthusiast" license, feels like they truly wish they didn't have to help you. The information on the website is unfriendly and real-time communications simply refer to that cluncky document, as though it took far too much effort to create.

Overpriced, does what it's meant to but way too over priced for what it is licencing model is awful.

The cable and software does the job, however after sales support is very poor. Considering the price of the hardware and software you would think you would get some decent support but they don’t want to know…

Very old fashioned way of doing business and lack Lustre way of dealing with their customers. They don't contact you when they can't keep their end of the bargain, but when they want payment, they answer you straight a way. Still waiting for my product, no word from Ross Tech.
