The team at RR kindly helped me (free of charge) replace some missing fixings having moved house. Extremely grateful for the help, what a great team!

I contacted Roper Rhodes technical on two separate occasions and both times been put in touch with Alex. He has been very helpful with advice and found resolutions to my issues.
Not just once but twice being on the end of excellent customer service I felt it only appropriate to leave some thankful feedback.
My experience dealing with Alex has been a very smooth process and so refreshing to actually have a person talk and explain situations.
Thank you Alex, keep up the excellent 5 star service.

Required a small part I couldn’t find online to purchase and it was shipped next day - very happy with service

I had a B problem with a bathroom cabinet light. I rang the company and spoke to Courtney. Courtney was not only very friendly she went on to help resolve my problem but also sent a "How to replace my light fitting diagram. Top service from a company employee who cared for a client.

Quick to answer the phone and helpful, knowledgable staff (I dealt with Alex!).

Alex in technical has helped me twice. Once with a shower valve and once with furniture. Both times he was able to help identify the problem and go above and beyond to help me. Thank you Alex! Also a shout out to Edwina our area manager for always being a friendly voice on the end of the phone to help us when we need it. Both a credit to the company.

Alex was very helpful and went above and beyond my expectations. My cistern would not stop overflowing and one call to customer services made all the difference to what could have been an expensive call to the plumber. Alex sourced the spares I needed and they were dispatched the same day, he also sent instructions on how to repair the faulty part. Many thanks for your excellent after sales service a lot of businesses could learn a lot from these guys.

Great customer service. Unfortunately one of our tenants continued to bleach the toilet and leave the seat down after being told multiple times not to - causing the underside of the seat to become yellow and stained from the fumes. Roper Rhodes were kind enough to give our supplier a new seat to rectify the issue even though they were perfectly within their rights not to. I've read other reviews of people leaving negative comments regarding this issue not understanding just how corrosive bleach and the gasses it releases can be. When you're bleaching the toilet just leave the seat up until you've flushed it away!

I had a problem with the fixing of my loo seat.
After a quick call ,a different part arrived the next day and with the emailed fitting instructions my problems were solved.

If you read my previous review, you will see that many things were wrong with my order. I just wanted 3 fully working Notion 060 mirror bathroom cabinets with demister…not a lot to ask for when you’ve spent £2000+ Instead I’ve a load of spare parts to fix the broken or non working parts!
So on Thursday, I received the door to replace the broken door on my cabinet. Roper Rhodes had the full email from my Supplier, as they refuse to deal direct with the customer! The first attempt, they sent me a RH door, which wasn’t for my cabinet! I have been left with this spare door and told to scrap it!😡
Second attempt, I have received a left hand door, where my email clearly states it’s a RH door! 😡 I now need to go back to the Supplier who needs to get back in touch with Roper Rhodes to send me the correct door…could it be 3rd time lucky! I’m exhausted with the amount of time this is taking. Beware if you ever have to deal with this company, they clearly have no quality control checks in place, plus they don’t deal direct with the customer! 😡

I brought a sink and wall unit. Expensive! Looks nice.
But....
Drawers slip out of soft close mechanism continuously. The slope of the sink mean that the water splashes up and wets my trousers everytime I use the sink.
Would nor recommend Roper Rhodes to anyone.

Meg Cottle went way beyond the call of duty and supplied replacement chrome caps for the shower mixer controls which were improperly fitted and damaged by the installer. It’s a small point however instead of 3 holes in the controls these are now covered and set off our shower perfectly. Thanks Meg !

My query was fully answered and in a very quick time, happy with my experience of this company.

Bought a Roper Rhodes toilet seat and a hinge sheared 2.5 years later. The warranty was 2 years and so I contacted them directly to buy a replacement. They kindly agreed to shop it free of charge!

I had a problem with my click clack waste in November. The bathroom installers advised that RR had been the suppliers and were always helpful. I contacted customer service and spoke to Louisa, who went to a lot of trouble on my behalf. A replacement top arrived promptly and the spindle, which was out of stock until January, arrived this morning, both free of charge. It is rare these days to be given such advice and attention, especially over such small items. I am sincerely grateful to have had my problem solved so kindly and efficiently. First class service indeed.

We bought a basin with a vanity unit underneath from this company. The handles needed replacing before a year was up and the second handles have started peeling also. We have used no cleaning products on the handles.
The actual unit bubbled and split before it was a year old. We contacted customer services and was told it was because we don't dry the unit after use.
My husband is very particular and dries the unit every morning after use.
So we are very disappointed with the product and the help afterwards as it is supposed to have 10 years guarantee. I wouldn't rate their guarantee and would give no stars if possible

Encountered some issues with our toilet seat fixings and then subsequently the seat itself when installing the supplied dampers. On both occasions the customer service team sorted the problems very promptly, thank you.

Our fitted overhead shower head for SVSET30 decided to start shooting water horizontally everywhere on 20/12. Just what you need before Christmas. But hey, life happens.

I spoke to Roper Rhodes After Sales Lady, Mandy Hope and she agreed having provided proof of purchase to send a replacement head. It was despatched straight away & arrived by DPD tracked 22/12. I've switched it over & now everything's working again as expected.

In life things can go wrong - it's life. The proof of a good company is how they handle things & put it right.
