Fitted a M-Lansdown 800 -Sherwood Basin Unit with a underslung basin. Very difficult to install due to the very low plinth (75mm).
Quality seems reasonable but packaging failed due to the shelf not being properly secured and falling on the base leaving a dent. However my main issue was with the fitting instructions.
The instructions were with the basin showing brackets, bolts and nuts but didn’t say that these were supplied with the worktop, not basin box.
Having found the fittings following a phone call to Tech support we couldn’t work out how to fix the basin. The instructions were useless and misleading resulting in another call to Tech support who sent a photo showing how it should be fitted. Why not include the photo on the fitting instructions and save everyone precious time ?

Absolutely disappointed with our Roper Rhodes bathroom furniture. We would NOT recommend. It's barely 3 years old and so much paint has peeled or chipped off the furniture that the units look old tired, damaged and in need of replacing. The bath panel was changed by our supplier within a few months snd we now have a bath panel from another company.

We paid a premium for a horrible quality product! I would not trust their product. Cutting quality corners im afraid!

Fantastic experience with the customer service team. I had an issue with a small part on my shower, and Mandy went above and beyond to help me.

House contained an Illuminated bathroom cabinet from Roper Rhodes - Presence Model. Through normal use the light and demister no longer came on one day. Technical support first said to call an out an electrician. Electrician was unable to fix the issue so called technical support and they immediately said yep the ribbon cable is gone you need to replace the unit, nothing else to be done. So I’m out of pocket for the electrician call out fee for no reason, guarantee isn’t transferable, and Roper Rhodes have no interest in fixing or remedying the issue. Customer support was worse than useless and basically so well yes you’re out of luck you need to replace it, and seem to be confused why I was even annoyed.

I phoned the company to ask if they could send me a new installation kit for my toilet seat. I sent them proof of purchase and they replied within 5 minutes to confirm that they were sending the kit.

Roper Rhodes engineer, Alex, diagnosed my self-inflicted problem, talked me through the solution via telephone calls and emails with photographs, and then sent me a free of charge replacement for a faulty mixer cartridge that was around four years old. Having done that he also replaced, free of charge, a mixer lever with a plating fault.

A very reliable measure of the quality of any organization selling goods or services is how they deal with faults or errors—including customer-generated ones. Roper Rhodes is difficult to beat in the timely and professional way they dealt with my particular problems.

I ordered some sinks however before receiving them I realised I need a different type of sink to fit with certain legislation. I contact my supplier who told me roperrhodes would charge me 20% of the value to the items to send them back. I spoke to roper Rhodes and explained the sinks hadn’t even arrived but they would not be of any assistance. I won’t be bothering in future and will just make a trip to B&Q! Important to check with suppliers where the items are coming from!

Don’t buy Tavistock equipment. The guarantee is worthless. They’ll send you the parts but you have to find a plumber to fit them. Stick with Mira who have engineers!! Expensive, poor quality equipment. Steer clear.
Ps I’ve had a reply from Tavistock nothing to alter my opinion of this dreadful company with poor quality service. Do not buy from them unless you enjoyed being stressed by a shower

Great customer service - I emailed to get some wall brackets for the vanity unit and even tho they were not included with the unit they responded immediately and sent some that should do the job free of charge

Only wish more companies were this proactive and helpful Will definitely use them again

Great customer service when one of the mirrors on the unit arrived with a small crack. Quick to respond and help to arrange for a replacement to be sent. Terrianne was very friendly and informative, overall a very positive experience.

I just contacted Customer Services to ask for o-ring washer sizing so I could stop a leak by replacing the washers where the shower hose connects to the wall outlet. Customer Services answered in less than a minute, took the time to fully understand my query through an email exchange of photos and diagrams, identified the parts needed with their back office and then offered to post the parts to me. Really helpful and friendly service solving my problem.

I bought a Roper Rhodes limed oak toilet seat from another company. This was the 3rd exact same seat that i have had. The quality for the premium price is dreadful. Firstly the soft close seat won't stay up and secondly all of the 'chrome' parts discoloured and rusted in a matter of a few months. The limed oak isn't as natural looking as in previous ones either.
I sent an email to the service department to enquire about the seat not staying up but never recieved a reply.

Spoke with Thea in customer services dept, who understood my situation and promptly provided a replacement. Fantastic service would always buy from them purely on product quality but more importantly after sales - and customer support makes the big difference and the service received proves the service even after purchasing many years ago.

My free standing unit looks lovely in my upstairs bathroom but the paint on the handle started to peel, transpires that i shouldnt have been cleaning it with chemical agents! Doh! Fortunately, Roper Rhodes provided a foc replacement pretty much immediately I am extremely grateful, great service. Gill.

Thursday, sent message saying the infra red switch on one of their bathroom cabinets was not working. Said unit was 12 to 15 years old.
Friday received message saying they were sending me a replacement switch. Replied I needed someone to fit it as looked difficult.
Monday. message received explaining how to fit and switch arrived in mail.
Midday, fitted and working.
Great service - why can't all companies be like this!

I had problems with toilet seat moving . After contacting the company and explaining the problem , Mandy of customer service did everything to solve the problem including sending out new parts .
As soon as contract was made their response was instant .
The company should be very proud of their customer support.
