Both my initial appointment and follow…
Both my initial appointment and follow up were a very good experience. Prior to both appointments I was sent a questionnaire to fill out which was easily done and very self explanatory. At both appointments Wil explained things well, went into lots of details and gave ample opportunities to ask any questions I might have. Very quickly received a report after both appointments and was easily understood. Would highly recommend if you have any hair loss concerns as Wil certainly knows what he is talking about.

My video consultation with Root Cause…D Watson
My video consultation with Root Cause was very easy to organise with a simple link to connect.
Having already completed their questionnaire regarding my hair problems we were able to start the consultation quickly.
Wil was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough in his explanation and diagnosis of my hair issues.
I took his detailed follow-up report to my GP and she has now referred me to see a dermatologist.
I would thoroughly recommend Root Cause to anyone with hair/scalp concerns looking for compassionate help and support.

Root Cause led a very in depth…
Root Cause led a very in depth discussion about the issues affecting my hair and scalp. They were very thorough and holistic in their approach. I really felt looked after and hopeful that my hair issues could be resolved. It was great to finally get these often overlooked issues taken care of and I felt positive about my whole wellbeing after the consultation. I would highly recommend root cause and their service to others!

Dry hair
The consultation with Will was very professional, friendly and informative. The process was easy and that it was online, was really helpful. He was able to interpret my blood results to give a reason for the dryness of my hair and provide reassurance.

Wil was an utter professional to deal with. He really helped me feel at easy straight away. I had an online consultation with him as I am currently on the other side of the world. He truly cared and showed compassion. Even after our consultation he has kept in contact with me to see how things are. He is extremely knowledgeable and I couldn't reccomend him enough.

A true trichology professional
I recently commissioned Wil from Root Cause to speak at a group event for women.
His knowledge around the science of hair loss and the impact of hair loss on wellbeing was exemplary. More than that, Wil has a genuine ability to empathise and offer practical, constructive advice without bamboozling you with clinical talk.
