Waited months to receive wrong items,would not return my money!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!

If I could give lower than a 1, I would. They sent the completely wrong item and customer service is a joke, basically nonexistent. I honestly would just chalk up the loss and accept what they did send me but it was nothing even remotely close to what I ordered. The quality is absolutely terrible and the design is hideous. I ordered an Eagles jersey and received some kind of redbull racing outfit.

I mean look at the other reviews . They’re not lying . Their merchandise is nothing like advertised . And then when you try to return the item they give you horrible options that only benefit them & eventually they stop responding when you’re trying to return an item to them . This site should be shut down permanently! And any money that they scammed from customers should be returned to them immediately! Do not fall for it like me and others did ! Stay away from romannew.com ! Save your time and money!

Don’t do it! Their products are nowhere near what they advertise. And when you want to return, they do not respond. Save your money!

Can’t find my order they have no way to be contacted and no email has been sent that my order was confirmed. Don’t order from this website!

I ordered from this company almost two months ago and never got the items. I tried to submit a ticket on their website and it kept giving error messages not allowing me to submit an inquiry ticket. Complete SCAM!
