After carefully reviewing the details of the incident and speaking directly with the technician who assisted you, we would like to clarify the situation. The tire replacement was necessary because one of the tires was damaged. However, for safety reasons and in accordance with best practices, all four tires were replaced to ensure uniform grip and performance — this is standard procedure when dealing with tire sets, especially on rental vehicles.
As the car was already in the workshop, our team took the opportunity to carry out precautionary maintenance, including checking and replacing the brake pads, which were approaching the end of their lifespan. This was done purely as a preventive measure and not because the car was unsafe to drive or lacked proper braking power.
We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused on Sunday. Although our service aims to be 24/7, sometimes delays occur depending on location, time, and availability of resources.
