I placed an online order on the 4th…
I placed an online order on the 4th October sent email to Rockmans customer service the 13th when I still hadn’t received my order. No contact back. Called the Robina Store on 18th October. I was told my order would be processed on the 22nd October. Called in store asked the unhelpful service person. She responded with if you haven’t received a message it’s not here. She went out the back and looked and no it wasn’t there. She then proceeded to tell me to ring and chase tomorrow as it was out of hours. No service level at all with this company. I would not recommend shopping or supporting a company who obviously have no customer service expectations. 😡

Rockmans failed to send my online order & will not respond
Rockmans failed to send my online order of 7th Sept. and also failed to respond to my emails of 1st and 8th October. Rockmans also ignored my phone message of 10th October, etc, From my experience I would suggest you check various review sites and think carefully before placing an online order with Rockmans.
I will be contacting the ACCC.
