This is one of the Fraud company in RO Care which is not registered in MCA list. they collect money from Clients in name of Purit RO & their team does not respond to calls & Fake management & fake team.
Please do put your hard earn money in this fake firm.
If possible if any mal pratice done by RO Care team Please register or file case against such companies on consumer courts

This is fraud company, they mentioned get service in 2 hours, for my Kent water purifier service so fat 10days completed and still counting

They took money through online link. Now they have not delivered product nor giving receipt neither responding

RO care india is a fraud and cheating,don't have wast your money .

Do not waste money by calling technicians from them.. They don't have skilled technicians to solve the issue.. The next day itself when the issue doesn't get solved, they won't attend your calls and block them after receiving money.. They also don't send their technician back for rectification.. Worst customer care who blocks the call..

RO care India is fraud company, never take service from them. They are cheaters.

It's one of the most horrible RO service company in india. Their technicians lack skill and give wrong connections and spoil your RO plant.

Timely service with genuine replacement parts.

A horrible organization had a very bad experience. The staff is rude and not at all helpful . The technicians are using duplicate parts . I an demanding for my refund and no response. They took money from my 85 years old mom and she is feeling cheated .

KENT RO system at my home completely stopped working about a week ago. I registered a service request (230821-00984) on 21 Aug 2023 to get it repaired. Till date (25 Aug 2023), no resolution from KENT. I have been calling KENT customer daily and they make me feel good by giving false assurances that they will arrange for technician to visit my home the same day. That "day" is yet to arrive!!! Now I have resorted to buying RO water from a local vendor. At least his response is timely, quick and economical. Now I am wondering whether to continue with KENT. A machine not in use is useless

Seriously, I have never seen such service before. Despite having one year warranty, they charge service every time. And never comes on time. This company is fake. cheating in the name of service.

सच में ऐसा सर्विस मैंने पहले कभी नहीं देख. एक साल की वार्रन्टी रहने के बाबजूद भी एक हर बार सर्विस चार्ज लेते है. और टाइम पर कभी नहीं आता है.

I have done RO service from them , they put all duplicate filters and one filter they just have put it not even connected, so duping completely.beware from them
