My house sale/purchase was successfully completed by Robertsons. My experience as a residential conveyancing client with Robertsons was unfortunately poor. These were the problems:

1. Lack of Explanation: the process was not well explained, initially or throughout. I felt disempowered through the process.

2. Poor Communication: questions were unanswered and responses were slow. I was generally not kept in the loop or updated;

3. Disorganisation: I felt on several occasions that my case was not being proactively managed. Staff did not seem to have a handle on the detail.

4. Lack of Priority: although my main case handler, Becky, was a nice person, I had the feeling that she was managing too many cases and needing to chase the firm was stressful.

Contracts were exchanged and completed, but it was a stressful client experience, during which I felt disempowered and out of the loop.

I did raise some concerns towards the end of the process about wanting more communication and I felt the response was argumentative.

I will not personally be instructing Robertsons again.

Used the services of Robertsons recently and was very pleased with the help that they gave me and with the outcome..! highly recommended.

I want to express my appreciation to the Personal Injury team of Andrew Collingbourne, Matthew Stevens and Anne- Marie Adams following on from their assistance in dealing with my injury claim .



I suffered life changing injuries in a Road Traffic Collision in 2020 and initially instructed other Solicitors but transferred instructions to Robertsons in 2023 . From the outset the team were dynamic and focused in resolving complex issues relating to the injuries I suffered , when they were unable to negotiate settlement with the Insurers on the other side , they commenced Court action and pursued the matter vigorously through the Courts .



Following on from the same , they engaged in lengthy settlement negotiations with the other side , throughout I felt confident in their negotiating skills to secure a result for me that was fair and factored in the pain and suffering I had endured and related losses .



My confidence in the team was vindicated with an excellent settlement that was negotiated on my behalf .



Throughout the team combined compassion with knowledge that proved a winning formula for me personally and I cannot thank them enough and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them .

I cannot recommend Robertsons solicitors enough, especially my solicitor Hannah Magee. She has been an absolute rock throughout my complex legal case since 2019. Despite numerous court hearings and a highly emotional time for my family, Hannah remained professional, supportive, and honest. The team at Robertsons showed genuine care and dedication, making me feel like more than just another client. I am incredibly grateful for their unwavering support and would not hesitate to trust them with any legal matter in the future. Thank you, Robertsons, for everything.
