I have used Robinsons, a local , family company, for many years without any problems and always relied on their expertise and support to get the best product and deal.
Cannot recommend highly enough.

You can buy electrical goods anywhere, but at Robinsons Electric in Kendal the staff will spend as much time with you as you need to make an informed choice. Delivery and installation are arranged at the best time for the client not the company. Given their excellent customer service, I am confident any post-sales issues would be dealt with effectively, although I have not yet had cause to find out. I am pleased to be able to use a local company for my electrical purchases and recommend them to others.

The Panasonic smart tv was a good price and it is a great product. We’ve been using the tv now for several months and we’re really happy. Most importantly, the service at Robinsons is exemplary - sales and after sales. There was no pressure to buy and an excellent and swift installation service that was free. The installation included a demonstration of the tv. I can’t recommend this company highly enough. I will definite shop there again.

Last year I purchased a sound bar which has proved not fully compatible with our existing TV. Both are Panasonic but to use the sound bar the Aux input had to be used making operation more complex

Wholly delighted with the service we've received from Robinsons.On the recommendation of friends, we bought a Panasonic TV (TX-43FX650B) from them a few weeks ago. Delivered on time and smartly installed by Graham, set up and connected to pre-existing PVR, DVD player and sound base . He also took time to give us a helpful tutorial in using all the apps. A small issue arose later with the PVR, resolved quickly and simply the next day by a personal visit after work by Phil. Now everything up and running and brilliant. 5 year guarantee delivered by email.Lovely to have this level of personal service, all included in the price. (You wouldn't get all this from Currys, Argos or Amazon.) Strongly recommended!.

Ordered a large TV to be delivered and set-up. I received a great service from a helpful and knowledgeable local company. I would recommend Robinsons Electric (Lancaster) and use them again.
