The telephone welcome and friendly, knowledgeable, professional advice were a big factor in coming back again to this long-established business. Ian gave a lot of time and care over the phone to putting my order together and so the whole experience was positive and reassuring. Bought a few lenses from Robert White now and lately a diopter for an older but still great camera. Always found them to be competitive and very reliable. Looking forward to purchase many more photographic items from them in the years to come.

Very pleased with my purchase and service
Very pleased with my purchase. RW was the only retailer I could find with the high-end filter I wanted in stock. There was a good choice of delivery options. I chose Royal Mail (best where I live in a remote area). It arrived the day after I ordered it. I needed the filter urgently and getting it quickly meant I had time to test it to make sure there was no vignetting if I used it with one other filter (there wasn't). Thank you RW.
