RWP facilitated a special order Fogg bag from Ell. Jack Lockyer was very helpful in coordinating shipment to the US and also provided me with some recommendations for UK based film processing for an upcoming visit there. The continuation of Fogg production is huge.

We are sorry to hear your order has not arrived yet. We looked into your account and have no record of you contacting us about the late delivery. We can confirm your order was packed and handed over to Royal Mail 3 hours after you placed your order.
Once the courier has the package, the delivery process is unfortunately out of our hands. Unless the customer makes us aware of a problem we are not automatically informed by the courier. We have reached out to Royal Mail to locate your item. We will update you via email as soon as we have information.

Hello again Chris, we now suspect your order has been lost by Royal Mail. To minimise the delay in you receiving your order we will ship a replacement item today.
