If I could give Robbie a 0, I would. Shocking experience from start to finish. Never showed up to my daughters 4th birthday party, despite numerous confirmations.
Robbie gave the ridiculous excuse of his system double booking him. He was apologetic and said he would give me a full refund, plus panto tickets, plus a free party HAHAHAA!! He then said that he’d refunded me, which still hasn’t appeared in my account, 6 months later. He hasn’t responded to me since February and has even ignored the CCJ that I issued in April.
This guy is honestly the biggest fraud ever, clearly doesn’t understand how utterly devastated my daughter was when no entertainment showed up. The humiliation of having to tell 30 children and parents that no one was coming to entertain them. And the anger of having to pay him £179, plus £70 for room hire for him to perform.
Seriously Robbie Star, sort yourself out and send me my refund. Edited today on request of Robbie Star to remove his actual name, however a year on and I’m still waiting on my refund and contact from the CCJ sent. Can see from other reviews that he’s still messing with people and stealing their money.

The entertainment was due to start at 1pm, he did not start until 2pm due to running late at a previous event. I was not contacted prior to his arrival to advise of this. Thankfully I had a face painter to keep the kids busy. Due to late start the event felt rushed and unorganised, there were technical issue no doubt due to the rush of setting up. I was told a part refund would be sent but to date nothing has come through nor have I had any correspondence.

Excellent value, the kids loved him. Great to deal with and very reasonably priced. Just book him.

Booked Robbie’s kids party package. Was excellent from start to finish. Interactive and high energy. Fun for the kids and the adults. Would definitely recommend.

Can’t recommend Robbie enough. Created a great atmosphere with the perfect balance of magic, and fun for not only the children, but surprisingly the adults also.
We will be sure to use again.

What a brilliant show. I was apprehensive at first that I would enjoy it. The way Robbie interacted with the crowd not just the children grown ups too, got everyone involved. I'd say nearly all the adults were laughing as much as the kids. Brilliant would definitely see again

We hired Robbie for a 5th birthday party.
We were nervous setting this up as this was our first big party and we’ve never had to keep so many kids entertained before.
We needn’t have worried at all! Robbie was absolutely fantastic and had the kids (and parents) in absolute hysterics the whole time! The birthday boy was in awe and hasn’t put his magic tricks set down, since.
The little bunny closing the show was the perfect wind down for the children as they left and collected their sweeties.
I’ve had lots of excellent feedback from parents advising their children came home full of beans and enthusiasm having had “The best time ever!”
I really can’t recommend Robbie enough!
Not only did he do an amazing job with the party, he was also very accommodating and flexible to our requests. His party service excellent value, too with very affordable prices.

We’re looking forward to next year, already!

We hired Robbie for a small birthday party of 2 to 5 year olds at home. They all loved it! He tailored it really well to the young audience keeping them engaged and laughing while keeping the adults involved too.

At the end they all got to meet the Rabbit, which the younger ones especially liked. Overall it's a really good high energy show.

Really made the party unique and it's a good price especially compared to hiring a soft play or kids area for an afternoon. Would definitely choose Robbie again.

Robbie was booked for my little girls 1st Birthdad and christening. There was a mix of ages at the party but Robbie was great with them all. The adults enjoyed a break whilst the kids were entertained and the kids all had a great time. Robbie was very friendly, easy to arrange the day with and vert accomodating. Thank you Robbie for making the day more special.

Nice to have something other than ‘soft play’ for kids party!

Robbie was the entertainer for my great niece's 7th birthday party. Even though he had major transport issues (could happen to anyone) he arrived in time to be able to conduct an excellent session with the children. They loved it! He was totally professional and worked well with his audience in a completely appropriate fashion. Highly recommended.

Robbie Star made my granddaughter's 7th birthday her best birthday party experience ever. My granddaughter is autistic and can really struggle with noise, new people and busy stimulating environments. All this was set aside when Robbie arrived and made such a powerful connection with her and all her friends that they were all drawn in to the joy of the afternoon.
From the moment of first laughter to the beautiful moments of calm with the sweetest little rabbit and Robbie this 7th birthday party could not have been more perfect.
My granddaughter will always remember the joy and fun and the magic of this day. Her pride in herself (and the confidence Robbie inspired in her) to 'do magic' will be a moment that will stop with her for years to come.

I hope (at another event or birthday) we see you again Robbie with your non-stop dancing, laughter, jokes, magic, fun and happiness.

Robbie Star was booked for my great niece's 7th birthday party. He was wonderful. He kept both the children and adults entertained and was a great success. Very professional, a good choice for the occasion and I highly recommend him.

Absolutely fantastic, the kids loved him, the adults loved him, he had the patience of a saint keeping all those kids in tow. After the show while we were clearing up and Robbie was packing his stuff away we had a lovely chat, he is a very pleasant and engaging young man. I would highly recommend him for your child’s party 🎊 🎈 🎉

Seriously if you are looking for somebody to entertain your children along with the grownups, then hire Robbie. He was hilarious and the kids & parents absolutely loved him. The parents have been talking and messaging me about where I found him.

The set-up was professional and didn't take long to do. Kids arrived and were welcomed.

The kids really enjoyed it and got involved with the magic. My daughter was given a special part in the show, which was great. She was a bit shy, but soon got involved with Robbie's warm, friendly approach.

There was a chance for the children to meet the rabbit at the end and have pictures taken.

Booked RSE for my son's birthday and it was the best decision I made. The venue had double booked us so we had to use a smaller room which wasn’t suitable, and then I messed up with the timing of the event, however, Robbie saved the day! He stayed longer than I planned and was amazing with the kids and adults.

I would advise RSEto anyone looking for an entertainer. I’ve seen a few children’s entertainers and he is head and shoulder above them.
