Lenny provided exceptional customer service booking flights from LA to Hawaii for my entire family (two of whom are minors).
With a great deal of patience and kind consideration, he then had to separate our itineraries, modify dates and rebook two of our tickets to due an illness in our family.

I was nervous about using this website. Lenny was very patient and helpful. He had me go to the airlines own website to verify my information was there while he waited on the phone.

Lenny provided exceptional help when I had problems with my seat assignments (traveling with a minor). He was professional, polite and went above and beyond to ease my travel experience.

Tom was wonderful. When the airlines sold out our economy seats, Tom was able to get us main cabin seats for an adiitional cost. I wasn't sure If I still wanted to take that same flight or switch to a cheaper flight and he said if I still wanted the deal, I should call him back. He advised me to call back soon as the prices fluctuate with the demand for seats. When I called back a gentleman answered and advised me that Tom was on the phone. He said that he could assist me. When he looked up the price of the ticket it had gone up considerately. I asked to talk to Tom. Tom pleaded with his supervisor on my behalf and was able to give me the price that he originally quoted me. What a relief. I would avise everyone to call and ask for Tom, as he will find you the best price, and fight for you.
