Will absolutely waste your time. Contact you but never reply, don't answer phone calls, so many other agencies who actually respect your time, RL recruit don't, don't go near them!

WORST WEEK OF MY LIFE
So, where do I begin…
Roxy contacted me on indeed last year asking me to work for her in the office as a senior recruitment consultant. She was offering the right money so I thought I’d go for it.
A few days later she started to text me and call me all the time, spending hours with me on the phone which was strange but I just thought she is moving the business to Manchester she just wants to make friends.
I started my first day on the 11th of September and here is a list of what Roxy did or didn’t do in the few days I was there.

- did not provide any training whatsoever.
- compared me to other staff saying they were doing better than me.
- lied about people trying to contact me
- lied saying she was listening to calls I had made ( calls were never recorded )
- said I was ignoring the phone and wasn’t doing my job properly ( the phone never rang )
- invited other staff member on trip to London and said I couldn’t go because I hadn’t made her any money yet.
- sending me texts saying she is going to lower my salary.
- refusing to give me a wage slip or p45
- refusing to pay me on the date she said was the payday.
- having a go at me saying she couldn’t get hold of me on a weekend and that I should have been working ( the working days are mon - fri and I had only been in the business 3 days )
- talking to me like I’m a child
- having a go at me for checking my phone in the office for a split second when my 75 year old father was in the hospital.
- approved a pre booked holiday then told me I needed to get an early flight home.

This was only a handful of things I could think of, but it was the worst 7 days of my life. Roxy is attempting to set up a business but she is treating her staff terribly, there is no HR, no trainer, no compliance, nothing just her trying to get people to make her money. I cannot warn you enough please do not do it.!

Was easy to get onboard and start work. Roxy was helpful and checks in. Cant complain.

First time using RL recruit
Got back to me really quick to me once I applied and checked in several times a day to see how my interview and induction went. Great team and very organised… when thy say theylll Sen you a email or link its usually there before end of phone call ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Worked with rl recruit for a number of years now,Roxy is absolutely amazing always helps out with everything and just a pleasure to work for I would highly recommend

If I could give this a zero rating I would ! Absolutely wished I would have read the reviews on this agency before applying, communication is absolutely appalling, called before Christmas to register with this company and applied directly with the company and then again on indeed several calls to ‘Francis’ only to be ignored for any updates simplest of things working in a customer service role is ‘COMMUNICATION’ …… let’s see if we get a response

Cancelled but not told
Applied for a job on indeed, Roxy contacts me, do all the application and sorts a job out. Dont hear anything for a few days and ask if still going ahead as I have another job offer, she replies definitely is. So I turn up 6am Monday to wait and be told I was cancelled Friday. Manager showed me the text, that Roxy is on holiday in Thailand.
Know where this agencies priorities lay. Wasted drive, deisel, time and cancelled a definate job elsewhere. Not happy.
Now Roxy calling me staing im to blame, office calling saying if I dont take down the review im blacklisted. Seems the other negative reviews fall in line with what has happened to me. Dont use these unless you wish to waste your time.

Really lovely staff supplied at very short notice

RL recruit has been amazing since I was initially in contact with them. Great support and always on hand to help.

Only started working for RL Recruit on Monday to Friday and there previous reviews as right as was promised £18.00 per hour and 10 hours per day guaranteed as got payed today and was only only payed £16.00 per hour and no 10 hours per day a joke as will not answer my calls do very unprofessional recruitment agency stay away they lie as just to get you in so bad will be taking them to small claims court. STAY AWAY YOU HAVE BEEN WORNED.

Roxy is absolutely brilliant and so helpful got me a job within a day and would recommend working through RL RECRUIT to anyone

Has been able to supply me with admin and class 1 drivers with very short notice. Roxy Is very polite and always happy and has also been know to keep me updated over the weekend

I got a message 1 day before start date asking to start next day. I arrived the next day to find out two of us had been booked for the shift and the other guy was late and turned away as company only needed 1, He had payed for uber there and was turned away. I felt awful for the guy (this could have been me who wasted my time) I had to chase Roxy and payroll every Friday to make sure I was being payed. The only time I ever spoke to her on the phone was the day she asked me to work, she never picked up my calls, she has just messaged me on a Sunday morning asking if I could leave a review as the reviews on here are “fake” I’ve had an awful experience and some others have clearly had similar issues. It got so bad that I had to chase my pay whilst I was on holiday, and Roxy would not pick up the phone. Very unprofessional and very poor communication. I left the “agency” last week and didn’t inform them as I was worried they wouldn’t pay me what they owe.

Applied for a job through indeed and got a response straight away. Roxy was very open and clear about job roles and made the experience great. Promote and efficient in get information across

I’ve have a horrible experience with this company firstly Roxy was very unprofessionally using the word lol in our conversations while I was upset with the circumstances I was in instead of helping me out then I get told not to show up to work for no reason then she ignored my calls and I was left with unpaid bills because I have received my payslip

WORST FRAUDULENT COMPANY ROXY IS RUDE AND SHOUTS AT ME

OWES ME £900 for my pay and still not paid a penny She hung up on me multiple times is this company legit? Seems dodgy to me

Absolute crook

Worked for Roxy she did not and still has not paid me for 2 weeks work and does not answer any calls or emails and when and if you do speak to her you get a load of abuse and spoken to like crap!

She can happily swan about on trips and concerts but seems to not pay staff or workers? Surely illegal

Roxy Louise sorted everything out for me and with in less 24hrs Im know in full-time employment would truly recommend this agency 5 star rating well deserved.
