I had quite a few questions about switching to a plug-in hybrid—everything from charging times to the tech inside—and she really knew her stuff. She was super patient and took the time to explain everything clearly, so I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision.
​The entire buying process was incredibly straightforward and stress-free. It’s rare to find a dealership where things feel this relaxed and friendly, but Georgia and the rest of the team made it feel easy.

The experience at Riverside Volvo Wakefield was good because Ben the salesperson was very polite and professional and made us feel comfortable. The receptionist was very welcoming and made us refreshments which was lovely.

We found all the staff at Riverside very helpful but Nick Hunter was exceptionally kind as well as informative, being able to show deep empathy and understanding. If you have a disability or concerns regarding safety talk to Nick!
