Very poor experience

Very poor experience. In the listing management panel there is no real option to delete or deactivate a listing — no matter what you select, the status always remains “Active”. As a result, the listing stays live and the platform charged another monthly fee, even though I tried to stop the advert.

On top of that, there is no easy or clear way to contact an administrator or support, which is extremely frustrating when dealing with paid listings.

I had an excellent experience working with Right Bizz. From the very beginning, their communication was clear, professional, and transparent. They delivered exactly what was promised, on time and with great attention to detail.
