Zunächst einmal tut es uns sehr leid zu hören, dass der Body nicht ganz Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat... Qualität und Tragekomfort sind für uns nämlich sehr wichtig. Alle unsere Materialien und Produkte werden in unserem belgischen Distributionszentrum z.B. mehreren Qualitätskontrollen unterzogen.
Je nach Modell, verwendeten Stoffen und Materialien usw. kann die Passform manchmal variieren. Artikel, die nicht passen und in unserem Webshop gekauft wurden, können bis zu 14 Tage nach Erhalt kostenlos zurückgeschickt werden, mit dem Rücksendeetikett, das Sie normalerweise in der Originalverpackung finden. Rücksendungen können auch immer vorab über unsere Website angemeldet werden.
Wir haben Ihre Rücksendung inzwischen erhalten – Sie können innerhalb von 5 Arbeitstagen mit einer Rückerstattung über PayPal rechnen.

Only part of my order arrived. It was swimsuits and I don’t know if I like it bc 2 bottoms came w/no tops. There has been no updates to when the rest of my order will arrive & now I’m past the 2week return date. Can some help me?
