Great advice on hi-fi that I am interested in even better customer service for the speakers I bought. Carried out and placed in my car by a nice guy who managed to get them in my car and get the boot shut safely and they were big boxes.

I don’t go anywhere else to buy my technology. They know their stuff, generous with their knowledge and nothing is too much trouble. Great prices, superior service and knowledge. Amazing customer service

Very easy to communicate with / discuss product and availability. Then upon pick up, the team kindly carried the TV out to my car. Would recommend.

I reported a minor fault with the Marantz CD player the day after delivery. Within 24 hrs the item was collected and a new player left in its place. Happy Days.

I liked the way I am always treated in the shop by well-trained staff - polite but not pushy - fellow enthusiasts for good sound & picture willing to spend time talking technical detail.
TV was ordered on a Saturday and arrived at the promised time the next Tuesday. The device worked well straight out of the box. Great service, good price, best warranty, good products

I had a problem ordering online so ended up giving them a call, really helpful, order taken and separate link to take payment. My local store didn't have the TV in stock so it came from their main depot.
Delivery was good with lots of updates keeping me informed.
I would recommend richer sounds.

I contacted the store prior to purchase in order to clarify the details of the TV's available, to which the staff were very helpful and provided useful information in order to help me with my decision. On purchase, the staff ensured a seamless process and accurately delivered the TV on the date it was requested. Overall, the staff were kind, friendly and patient ensuring a positive customer experience.
