Excellent friendly knowledgeable staff and great price

I phoned up on the way to Richer Sounds Tunbridge Wells to order a tv, the chap I spoke to was very helpful, and said he would put a reserved sticker on it, I arrived 25 minutes later, room to park, the tv was there waiting for me, great price, will definitely use this company again!

Two sides of coin. Order contact and collection contact. Collection was fine although no-one rang me to confirm the Technic's decks had been delivered. They were at the back of the retail outlet on show. No big deal just a bit slow. Polite and professional and developed rapport. Interim Manager.

The order was ok although the Manager confused me saying the lower priced decks may have an audible hiss? I didnty pay more for the Technics because of that - the lead time was better than 8 weeks - which seemed excessive.

Polite point of contact. I just felt slightly concerned when I left after ordering. Different Store Manager who has now gone back down a level.

Could have been better as I spent a lot of money.

The best part is your helpful and knowledgable staff. I visit family from France and Richer Sounds transfer products to the Tumbridge Wells branch for me to collect. They have always met the deadline for collection even though I have tight windows.

phoned in the morning to confirm the unit was in stock. I arrived a couple of hours later and your salesman knew was I was talking about.
He asked about my my current set up and we had a chat about that

I was introduced to a Polk sound system by Dean of the Tunbridge Wells store of Richer Sounds (sound bar and woofer), and once collected and set up, found the new equipment transformed the sound of my Panasonic TV.
My main interest is in classical music, and with this equipment, meant I could hear far more detail in the balanced orchestral sound it was able to produce.
I felt the quality of the unhurried advice from Dean and his colleague was reassuring and helpful - they certainly know their products! I was equally delighted with the value for money as I had never heard of Polk before. A huge upgrade for my television viewing! Thank you.
