Hello, customer service brilliant, my item arrived. Everything working ok happy with purchase. Very happy customer.

Their knowledge base on the products offered is second to none, always polite, and if they say they will return your call, they do just that. Delivery of ordered goods is second to none.

Knowledgeable, helpful, patient and informative in helping me understand the differences between the options. Helped recommend a suitable soundbar and researched their records to establish whether the accessories I already had would be suitable

Great service. The team helped me pick out a great deck and integrate well with Sonos.

I chose "click&collect". I found the people in the shop very helpful, both when I telephoned asking about collection, and indeed when I collected my purchase. They provided me with a makeshift carrier bag - expertly created in seconds. Excellent customer service.
The downside of the click and collect process was the online ordering process. This process is normally very simple, but (from memory) Richer Sounds has made it confusing, particularly by it apparently wanting a delivery address. My thoughts at the time were: it has already asked which shop I prefer so why does it subsequently ask for an address? or does it want my home address? I had several attempts at ordering.

Karl was extremely helpful and put himself out to deal with my hi-fi system's problem. The response was very prompt and as we had agreed. The necessary repair was done very quickly and efficiently at my house.
A first class service. Thank you very much indeed.

Lovely staff and excellent service. I initially went in store to enquire whether they could repair my 20 year old stereo as was feeling ever so slightly sentimental about it being the avid music listener and CD collector that I am. Instead of trying to make a sale, Sam genuinely cared and gave me some contact details of some possible places who would do this.
In the end, I did opt to replace and I found their website very easy to use to make a decision. Click and collect was quick within a couple of days and I was kept informed via tracking on my delivery. Pick up was efficient and I am very happy with my purchase at good value for money.

We went to the Solihull branch to look at soundbars. I had done some research on them prior to visiting and wanted to compare how they sounded. I was interested in the JBL 300bar mk2 as it was rated fairly high by Which? and it was an all in one bar and had no extra speakers or woofer.
Unfortunately they did not have one on demo but we were told that it was good. Marcus treated us very well and we had a good deal on the bar. It’s now installed and we are very impressed. Delivery took 5 days but we were kept informed throughout.
I have used Richer for many years for hi-fi, tv etc and have always received good service and advice

Advice came with honesty and seemed very reliable without being too pushy

Great advice at the store from Stuart and his colleague ; having come armed with little or no knowledge to buy a turntable and speakers. Very friendly and very professional. Prompt delivery. And superb after service when calling with with some idiot inquiries . Over the moon with my argon audio TT-3 plus and speakers ! 10/10 .

Brought a Sony turntable hoping it would work with my existing speakers. I was not able to get them to work. I phoned the shop and Carl spent some time with me, the system now works better than ever. The online order process & service on collection was first class. Was kept in the loop throughout.

Visited the Solihull store as we needed advice on a new system(speakers and system). We were assisted by Sam who was very knowledgeable and patient.
Sam took the time to set the system up in the sound room and let us listen to the system.
