Wanted good advice, and got it in buckets. Very pleased with our new soundbar, and the help in installing it

Having purchased a number of products from Richer Sounds over many years, I can honestly say my experiences with all members of the team at the Cardiff store, has been nothing short of excellent.
Help, support, advice and amazing after sales has been the driving factor in why we return to RS every time we’re planning on purchasing new products.

We have been purchasing items for a long time at this store. Always get expert help from the nicest people.

I initially phoned Richer Sounds Romford to buy the Sony Bravia 7 and the call was friendly but still informative.
A few days later I picked up the telly and was in and out within 10 minutes! No faff.
I was pleasantly surprised that I got a follow up call from Graham a week later seeing how I'm getting on with the Sony i.e. was I having any problems with any settings etc. I said I couldn't be happier with the Bravia. We had a chat about the Bravia and other TVs for future reference... I for one will buy my next tv from Richer Sounds Romford... Can I also say that the follow up phone call to me came across as natural and not scripted. Long may that continue.

I visited Richer Sounds in Romford to get advice about how best to update my existing AV set up which was very old. Richard provided good advice matching my needs and budget with the various units available. After considering the options for a few days, I rang the store again and discussed the benefits of a slightly better Network AV Amplifier which I bought. Richard said be sure to call them if I had any issues or questions when setting it up. It was delivered the next day. I am very pleased with both the Amp and the great service provided.

The Onkyo receiver arrived a day early but without power lead or manual. Can’t blame Richer Sound so still 5* experience overall.

Happy with the product quality (Bowers and Wilkins Px8 headphones), but was not at all happy when I discovered the same product was available from a different store for £150 less. £349 at Peter Tyson compared to £500 at Richer Sounds. UPDATE - After contacting Richer Sounds, they have now kindly agreed to refund me £101 to match the lowest current market price. Very happy!

Excellent service received - from having to replace the new TV purchased to delivery of the replacement.

There were problems with the first delivery but Richer Sounds put the matter right straight away and I am now completely satisfied with my replacement.

I went to buy a TV, but I had previously bought a TV for my wife's daughter at a different address, but told the assistant that I couldn't remember or find the guarantee details. He immediately printed out the receipt from that transaction. Very helpful!
