I went to Richer Sounds Reigate following my son’s recommendation. They were helpful with useful advice and prompt delivery of a LG television. Their shop gives an attractive interior to a well known Reigate building

Richer Sounds continue to be the gold standard when it comes to high street A/V. Plenty of time given to walk through things when I was exploring various options and none of the sales-y undertones. They answer your questions without it ever feel like you're being pushed towards anything.

Was recently in the market for a new OLED television and I was given some inaccurate information concerning the end date for a cashback promotion from LG. As a result, I missed out on £150 which was a substantial factor for me. The staff in-store tried their best to offer a compromise, however once I had contacted head office (again, the Customer Service team at Richer Sounds actually deal with issues with a sense of care- unlike so many others), the full amount of cashback was deducted from the final price of my purchase. This was probably slightly painful for them (and likely was most of their profit margin) but they have made me feel like I matter as a customer and will continue to receive my business in future.

As a side note, if visiting the Reigate store I would suggest asking if they might give you an audio demo upstairs. The kit is unaffordable for the vast majority but my god, what a demo. More of an experience!

Got a great deal on a Marantz amp but I did not do enough research on size did not fit in my cabinet 😔 so needed an amp with less depth richer sounds Reigate were fantastic and understanding and made the exchange. The Audiolab 6000a is just spectacular in every way and good price.

I went into the Reigate store, your colleagues talked me through the options, then demonstrated the different products. It was really helpful. It's good to talk to people who are enthusiasts for the thing they're selling. I then bought it online from you as I ran out of time over the weekend to buy it in store.

Reigate store were brilliant, super service, great knowledge and friendly staff. Ollie made the purchase easy. Also price brilliant, cheaper than other competitors by a far margin.

Went for advice, got it, they recommended a good product (projector) and although they didn't have one in store it was delivered FOC to my home next day. Couldn't ask for more. Knowledgeable and helpful staff, very happy.

Knowledgable helpful staff, great products at a great price. I already knew what I wanted, LG OLED TV and SONOS soundbar, having visited in store. I did wait for the price to settle, then one phone call and my purchase was complete! Great service, thank you to the guys at Reigate! Recommend.

Excellent service, I had a few issues with the tv and they were more than happy to help resolve the issue and offer a refund / exchange despite it passing the usual 14 days of purchase. Always have used RS, always will
