The entire team at Reigate Richer Sounds are amazing. Ian the manager was very patient and helpful in specking out my system. Richard was then brilliant when it came to making the sale. Ollie helped with all the loading when the equipment arrived and Paul did a great job with the cabling. I had a problem with one of the items and Paul sorted it all out and got me a replacement the next day. All in all, great all round service, including the support needed with a problem. I couldn’t recommend them more!!!
(Also gave me the best recommendation for a local sausage role - thank you my friend)

Purchased a TV and Soundbar from them (again) recently. As always the service was top notch, great advice, no pressure environment, and an actual shop you can look at things in! Cannot recommend them enough

Helpful and friendly assistant, item delivered in a couple of days (very good considering item was ordered on a bank holiday).

I had a great experience at Reigate Richer Sounds, they really took their time to show me my options on Hifi equipment of which I am a total beginner. It never felt like a hard sell either and what I puchased is brilliant, and great value. The staff there were brilliant.

I went to Richer Sounds Reigate following my son’s recommendation. They were helpful with useful advice and prompt delivery of a LG television. Their shop gives an attractive interior to a well known Reigate building

Richer Sounds continue to be the gold standard when it comes to high street A/V. Plenty of time given to walk through things when I was exploring various options and none of the sales-y undertones. They answer your questions without it ever feel like you're being pushed towards anything.

Was recently in the market for a new OLED television and I was given some inaccurate information concerning the end date for a cashback promotion from LG. As a result, I missed out on £150 which was a substantial factor for me. The staff in-store tried their best to offer a compromise, however once I had contacted head office (again, the Customer Service team at Richer Sounds actually deal with issues with a sense of care- unlike so many others), the full amount of cashback was deducted from the final price of my purchase. This was probably slightly painful for them (and likely was most of their profit margin) but they have made me feel like I matter as a customer and will continue to receive my business in future.

As a side note, if visiting the Reigate store I would suggest asking if they might give you an audio demo upstairs. The kit is unaffordable for the vast majority but my god, what a demo. More of an experience!
