Kazz (I think saved the item I wanted from a telephone call. Both he and the other guy (apologies I can't remember your name) were so friendly and helpful and chatty. I am ancient and they were young and I didn't feel stupid with them they were so empathic!

Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff, enabling me to make an informed decision on my choice of T, within my budget.

Very helpful staff from the first email through to trying out multiple setups/speakers with friendly advice on the way. I felt zero pressure to purchase just a passion for the kit.

Matt at the Oxford store listened to what we were looking for and suggested what would work and put together a great solution.

From point of ordering to the delivery It was smooth sailing and It was a lot cheaper than any other competition, so more than happy. I am also very impress with the team in Oxford and how helpful they were when I contacted them. I highly recommend these guys.

The members were knowledgeable and helpful and when I had issues with my new appliance they tried to help and point me in the right direction. The AV amp turned up when they said it would and I was given a one hour time frame, so I did not have to stay in all day.

Both Kaz and Damien at Oxford were helpful and knowledgeable. Shopping at Richer Sounds was a pleasure.

I have purchased all my hifi products from richer sounds (tv's ,sound bars ,surround sound speakers systems, earphones) they are a company that listens to your requests, advices the best suited products at the best prices. The backup and after sales support is beyond question. The best products at the best prices, you don't need to go anywhere else.

I was interested in a LG television but wanted a different speaker solution to that provided in the sales offer. He soon sorted out a solution and got back in touch every time he said he would.
