Efficient, friendly service inc necessary home visit, great price, even greater product.

Only minus: we were assured the sound bar would fit on our TV table but it doesn’t. But TV and Manhattan box are bliss!

There were no problems. I have always found the Oxford branch to be helpful and, above all, honest. They are happy to avoid me having a wasted journey by paying for items up front over the phone (e.g. cables) and then putting the items to one side for me to pick up. Very useful.

He had provided a selection of options for me to listen to, did not try to upsell, but respected my budget, and we were able to come to a satisfactory conclusion. Very helpful, knowledgeable and attentive staff. We had a 1001 questions and they were extremely patient and went above and beyond to make sure we bought the right audio equipment that we wanted for our circumstances. We even ended up buying more than we went in for!
