Great service and knowledge, had what I wanted in stock. Parking outside, what's not to love

No hassle,No hard sales, spoke with Paul on the phone, saw the tv in the showroom, Stuart took the order,delivered on the day they said.That’s how its supposed to work.many thanks to lads at Middlesbrough.

Excellent service received from staff.
We did our shopping over the telephone, nothing was a problem, great communication.

Helpful advice, very beneficial financial arrangements, the best products with fabulous hi-fi equipment available. Free next day delivery by their own team, who offered to take everything in for me. The new Arcam amp and Fyne Audio floor standing speakers are amazing!

Excellent service provided when we visited the shop, kind offer to test our own turntable and amp in the shop. We were given all the time we needed to listen and helpful staff was there to give advice and offer more options. We ended up buying a product that we’re very happy with after trying out different options for over an hour. Very positive experience.

Bought a new TV at the Middlesbrough store and was really impressed by the way the whole experience went. Great advice from Paul the branch manager who was cheerful, helpful and professional. The price was really competitive too and I'm now a convert to Richer Sounds - internet prices but with the added bonus of fantastic personal service. Even got parked just outside the door!
