I purchased a Cambridge audio mnx10 streamer which was available as a clearance item it was immaculate condition but unfortunately the aux terminals had a faulty connection. The Maidstone store was very helpful. Shame to miss out as there were no more available.

IMO it is difficult to get impartial, direct and easy to understand product information when buying tech. Luckily for me, Piers from the Richer Sounds Maidstone branch guided me to select a projector and screen that matched my requirements. Safe in the knowledge we had filtered to the right product, the price he gave me was by far (£250 cheaper) than all the other so-called online discount stores.
I would recommend Piers to anyone else needing expert customer service.

I purchased a UK produced Cello 55 inch TV based on his advice. Although not a normal mainstream brand this TV is excellent for my needs and has a 7 year guarantee and is UK produced. So good advice and good product.

I would just like to say how great my experience was when buying my new Sony Bravia 7 TV from Ben at the Maidstone branch. His friendly, no-quibble service was exemplary, checking & agreeing a price match to a much lower clearance price I had found elsewhere. Plus, there is Richer Sounds' brilliant 6 year warranty. Ben also arranged an immediate replacement when the first TV arrived with an issue with its anti-glare screen coating. Within days they had collected and replaced it and I'm loving my new TV. I cannot recommend Richer Sounds highly enough.

After an order, and a mistake on my behalf in relation to projector throw, these guys reimbursed without issue. The phone assistance and staff were incredible all round and I wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future.

I must say. I walked in shop door, intending to buy the LG I had chosen.

Salesman was good. But baffled me me with “ Tech speak “

I received complete satisfaction -within two days-after reporting a problem with my Remote Control.
The polite, friendly, helpful, service during my phone call and the next day receiving a replacement, despatched by post, rectifified the fault. I am also very pleased with my LG TV, the picture & definition is fantastic. Many thanks to the helpful Richer Sounds team assisting in a speedy result.
