Fantastic service from the guys at R/S in Maidstone, especially Jay and Steve. Plenty of “no-rush” time in the demo room, allowing me to make an informed choice for a pair of speakers… and they arrived 3 weeks earlier than expected! I’ll definitely return!! Thanks.

I am partially deaf and needed a set of speakers for my computer mainly for listening to orchestral and choral music. I had a budget and needed to test them in the shop. The man chose a pair and set them up in the test room and gave plenty of time to trial them. We changed the set to include a subwoofer which gave them depth, within the price. Really Pleased.

One phone call, one discussion, all sorted. Great knowledge great service as always . Goods delivered as requested.

I had made up my mind what tv i wanted, but couldn't get one the day I wanted it with the so called bigger companies. Called these guys, had one in stock for cheaper and even got a soundboard included. Helped load it in the car and said any problems setting it up, give them a call and one of the team will come round and help. Exceptional service

Our old TV, a 44inch Sony was bought from Currys who gave no help or explanation with the set up and seemed anxious to get out of our home as quickly as possible. Contrast the service from Richer Sounds who explained the advantages of OLED and their installer was not time pressed and explained all the controls and got us to use them before he left. Further he tidied up after the job and put everything back in place. He couldn't have done better

Good price because 6 years' breakdown cover was included for free - some suppliers charge you extra for this. Delivery was quick and free. Good communication over the phone. Very happy with the TV - great quality picture.

Had a problem with a TV I bought at the Maidstone Store 9 months ago and Ben the store manager went above and beyond the call of duty to sort it out for me. One very satisfied customer who will as He always does, return for more product. And a nod to the rest of the staff at this store who I have always found polite, courteous and knowledgeable about their products.
