Always fantastic service and products
We telephoned the Leicester branch and spoke with Richard about what we wanted and he was so helpful, polite and reassuring. A real personal touch and so refreshing in today's modern life. He recommended the sound bar that we purchased. He advised us that it had a discount on it, which was also a bonus!
We went online to order it and that was easy and straightforward. We were blown away that it arrived the very next day!
We love the sound bar - perfect for our needs and great quality. We are totally satisfied and return time and time again to Richer Sounds. You are a very special business in many ways and we are delighted to support you whenever we can.

RS London Road. Leicester
Paul from RS London Road, Leicester was honest and upfront. I enquired about a dearer cinema system for my home, however further to discussing the unique setting of the home setting, he pointed out similar products that could achieve the goals that I wanted.
He was right and I am very happy with my sound bar and sub. Brilliant advice from honest Staff.

Next level staff - how retail should be!
It's so rare to find such knowledgable and passionate people in a modern day retail setting but these guys are the perfect example of why great sales teams make for a great experience. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I can't speak highly enough of Richer Sounds.
I had a limited budget when bying my cd player. Not for one moment did I feel pressurised to spend above my budget. Indeed every effort was made to find me the best player to meet my needs. Thank-you Levi.
As the situation developed I had to return to the shop and it became apparent I needed new speakers.
Again I was given 5 star treatment to ensure I had wonderful sound without breaking the bank. This time it was Richard who gave me so much expert guidance.
He also arranged for Mark to come to my home to install the speakers. I was in the shop on the Monday, by Wednesday my system was up and running and totally wonderful.
I will never forget the kindness of Levi, Richard and Mark. So uplifting and life affirming during our present troubled times.
Thank you

I was genuinely sorry to read about your experience and agree completely, if you were initially advised that a setup service could be arranged and then later told this wasn’t possible, that is understandably very frustrating.
I'm currently looking into what happened here, including the advice given by the store, so we can understand exactly where things may have gone wrong, but in the meantime have also reached out via Trustpilot to request your contact details so I can speak with you directly and get this resolved as quickly as possible. Alternatively you can contact me via the below e-mail address..
