Price match was brilliant, Richard from Leicester was very helpful and had great knowledge of the products.
Delivery came three days earlier than expected, I was also kept informed from the delivery guys.

Any trip to Richer Sounds is a pleasure to be honest, with knowledgeable and courteous staff who want you to leave happy. If, like me, you're someone who doesn't keep up with the latest innovations and only replaces something like a TV every 10 years or so then it is easy to be quickly confused by all of the latest jargon or developments. This, I think, is where the staff excel as they don't try to confuse you further and try to sell you what you don't need just to make a sale. They listen to what you want and then guide you through the options open to you, and will say if you don't need something that you may have thought that you did. Whilst I only replace TV's and hi-fi's every 10 years or so I've dealt with them for over 25 years and wouldn't go elsewhere, all due to the service.

Excellent service, the staff are so knowledgeable and have great advice about a TV we wanted to also double up as a second PC Screen.
We always go here for our TV and music equipment, despite now living 2 hours away! It's a first class service every time!

Whenever I'm upgrading my hifi, I usually end up at Richer Sounds. Great deal on an amp I'd been looking at. So a phone call later I was provided with expert reassurance about the amp spec and my speakers. Infact the store has my purchase history over 20 years! Always a pleasure with anyone who's on desk. Richard was great, just as he was 4 years ago haha.
Oh, and the JBL ma 510...that's just superb. Recommended

I have always shopped with Richer Sounds either online or with my local branch in Leicester and they have always been impeccable but I must say that even this time they went above and beyond. A huge huge huge shout out to Levi who has been phenomenal providing expert advice and perfect customer service- absolutely outstanding!! The Leicester have been fantastic from start to finish!!

Rang to check stock was available for Sonos kit I was after in Leicester store. Stock was reserved for me and when I arrived to collect Levi was incredibly helpful, offered excellent advice regarding my choices along with an additional instore purchase of some Senheisser headphones! He even assisted with carrying the items out to my vehicle. Brilliant service and great to still have a store on the high street. Have used Richer sounds for years and this is exactly the reason why!

LG 48" OLED TV, ordered online for collection from RS in Leicester. Excellent TV, at the best price, and with the RS six year guarantee.
