I’d like to say a huge thank you to Chris, the Store Manager at Richer Sounds. From start to finish he was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping me choose the right TV rather than simply trying to sell me the most expensive option.

His advice was spot on. I’m absolutely delighted with the TV and the difference in picture and sound quality is amazing. Chris made the whole experience easy and gave me confidence that I was making the right choice.

It’s rare these days to get such good, personal customer service. I would happily recommend Chris and Richer Sounds to anyone. I’ll definitely be returning in the future.

This is the second time I have bought from Richer Sounds and I am very pleased with the service and products I received. I was served by Derek at the Leeds branch who was very friendly and knowledgeable. There's no pressure to buy, he just explained the different options that was available for what I was after. The price was also very good beating all other online pricing so happy days. I will defo use Richer Sounds again I don't think they can be beaten for there top quality products and service. Oh and not forgetting the free 6 year guarantee they give you for total piece of mind.

This was the first time that I had bought anything from Richer Sounds and I communicated with the Leeds team mostly by e-mail but also by phone. They were really helpful and did everything that they could for me. I was very pleased with the service that I got from them. The icing on the cake though was the team that installed the tv etc, they were brilliant, absolutely brilliant. I will definitely buy more things from Richer Sounds.

I had a turntable and speakers bought for my retirement but the turntable wasn’t the one I had set my mind on. The guy we spoke to in the shop was excellent swapped the product over no problem also he was very knowledgeable about the products

After recently relocating to North Yorkshire from London I had a problem with producing sound from my Hi fi system. After spending fruitless hours consulting online trouble shooting sites I contacted the Leeds team. Instantly I got through to a real person who patiently, concisely and with a jargon free vocabulary talked me through the problem and then identified the issue and provided the solution. In addition Mike in the Leeds team sorted out my original paperwork. It was a pleasure to both deal with Mike and meet him. His performance was a model of good customer care and he has a wonderful sense of humour to boot. I will certainly attend the Leeds shop when I decide to upgrade my system.

Big shout out to Derek in the Leeds store. From answering the phone when I first rang up, to setting up an appointment for a listening session, to talking me through the different speakers that he had for me to compare. Great help and advice throughout.

Mikey was great. His enthusiasm, experience and time he put into helping me buy an appropriate turntable was very much appreciated. Zero pressure just sound advice tailored to my needs. Purchased the Argon Audio TT MK2 in black and it has been fantastic. It really was a great customer experience at Leeds.
