Very good customer service. I had 3 demos at the Kingston store and Sunny was very helpful each time and at no point did I feel that he was a burden for them to spend time demoing the equipment. I felt I got good advice and when I wanted to change the hifi separates I had bought there was no issue and they arranged for them to be picked up from my house at the same time as the new equipment was dropped off.

I have had an account with Richer Sounds for a number of years and I have always found their staff to be extremely knowledgeable, helpful and polite. My recent experience has been no different. Excellent at the point of sale and also with after care too. 10 out of 10
