Visited the store today with a potential issue with my recently purchased Amp. Paul and Joey tested the amp, and helped me trouble shoot the problem. Outstanding service, we’d highly recommend the store!

I bought my new TV over the phone and was very impressed with the service I received. The advisor Tony was friendly, polite, and extremely helpful throughout the whole process, took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made purchasing the TV quick and easy.

Great experience with Richer sounds Hull (again). Our tv packed in after 12 years that we bought from Richer sounds originally. Needed a new tv and after checking the usual places in store and online I decided to try richer sounds to see if they could match or beat the competition. Not only did they beat in price but also went even better and delivered next day and it included a 6 year warranty which others cannot match. Great knowledge and service from these guys as always.
