Very helpful in the shop,the product wasn’t available in shop but would be delivered,it took almost a month to be delivered,it all was very smooth 👍

Excellent service! We purchased our TV from the Hanley store, where the staff gave us plenty of their time and shared their honest experiences to help us make the right decision. We received a thorough in-store demonstration, and when we returned a few days later with additional questions, they again took the time to assist us.
The whole experience felt both professional and relaxed. We never felt pressured to buy anything — just genuinely supported with expert advice.
Delivery was also excellent. The team who brought the TV were kind, helpful, and even let us know exactly when they would arrive.
Overall, our experience with Richer Sounds was outstanding, and we would not hesitate to use them again.

Really great guys at the Hanley branch. A special shout out for Chris who sorted a great deal on a pair of monitor audio silver 100 7gs. Very impressed with the level of service and knowledgeable advice. Offered a trial on the speakers which after taking home found they re amazing so definitely keeping.Have been a customer for years and will continue for many more. Thanks

It was a pleasure to shop without a sales person breathing down your neck.but all the staff were friendly when approached and very informative on the products.Leigh,the assistant who served us,answered all our questions and concerns,he was extremely helpful.we came away with an LG oled tv,which we are really happy with.would definitely go there again and highly recommend.

Have used Richer Sounds for years. They are brilliant. Recently bought an amplifier thinking an old one had developed a fault, but it was the wire input from my phone that was faulty. They refunded me without a problem, very friendly as usual
