Great staff assistance and options…
Incredibly helpful and knowledgable staff when I used both the Edinburgh and Glasgow branch for purchases.
Made one purchase in Edinburgh and they arranged delivery to the Glasgow branch and advised of options for next purchase. Speedy delivery and more great assistance when I went to Glasgow for collection and second purchase. This one delivered to home and again very speedy and excellent delivery service.
Good advise about connections and cable needs. Not pushy on insurance but politely explained and offered

A bit chaotic - but remedied professionally
Ordered an item online and was told to collect it from store. When I arrived it wasn’t there. 🙄 Store arranged for it to be delivered to me but it was delivered to store not my home. Eventually arrived and it wasn’t important as I wasn’t in a hurry but pretty poor delivery set-up.
+++Subsequently had discussions with Richer Sounds representatives who were fulsome in their apologies and offered me a £40 credit. They accepted that human error had been a factor. It was handled professionally and they persisted in their attempts to contact me to remedy the situation. Richer Sounds underlined why they have a good reputation for customer service.

I was genuinely sorry to read your review and offer my sincere apologies. I've since investigated and initially there was an admin issue in store with the stock of your click and collect order, to compound that the colleague made a further mistake arranging delivery of the products to the branch as opposed to direct to you as agreed.
Along with our Operations team I will arrange some urgent training with the branch to avoid this happening again, and in the meantime one of our team will be in touch with you directly to put things right. Hopefully you can see that such human errors, albeit inevitable, are rare, and I'm sorry we let you down.

5 star product, service and delivery
First time using Richer Sounds and it has made me wonder why I haven't before. Huge range of quality products, very competitively priced, speedy delivery plus efficient and friendly customer service. I don’t see why I'd go anywhere else in future for my audio purchases. My new Philips Tina turntable looks and sounds amazing. Thanks guys, keep it up and please accept a thoroughly well deserved recommendation from me, cheers.

Price I had. Excellent company to deal with and always professional from order to pick up…. First class for the customer.

Great service and product
Great, patient service from Stephen in the Glasgow shop over the phone. Terrific tv and soundbar at good price. Delivery came two days later which was excellent. I even called Stephen when I was having a bit of difficulty setting up the tv and he sorted out the situation for me. All good.
