Excellent service, got what I came in for 👍 Very refreshing with a salesperson who knew what i wanted and didnt try to sell me something i didnt need.

Was served within a minute of entering the shop.your employee asked if I was ok and could he help me.The Dvd player was in my possesion ,and in a bag,with no fuss and I left on cloud nine with my newest piece of tech!!

I had a great experience when buying a new turntable and speakers. Simon and the staff are very knowledgeable. I explained exactly what set up I had and how I wanted to integrate the new system, they talked me through exactly what I had to do and provided me with all the cables and made the install I done very easy. I did run into a bit of a hiccup but I called them and they went over everything with me until we found the problem and got it resolved. Very helpful and they didn't rush me. When I'm ready to upgrade I definitely won't be going anywhere else.

I am at the stage now where I dont shop anywhere else for HiFi or TV - and I buy quite a lot for both myself and my business. The team in Glasgow are fantastic - on the last purchase they even opened the shop early for me so I could collect my items. Ofcourse, before a big purchase I always shop around for pricing info, when the guys can they will price match on a like for like basis and also advise when not comparing like for like, They will always try and do me a good deal either way. My only issue with the Glasgow store is location - be prepared for the multi-story car park and a couple of minutes walk - not ideal but the team do help - or do as I do - tell the team you are coming, they have the stuff ready and I stop on the double yellow lines and we load the car very quickly. I have only ever had one issue - a faulty remote - they helped immediately and we discovered that the issue was me not the remote. This is not a buy and forget people store - you are made welcome, you are remembered, you have the distinct impression that these guys are here for you long term and they will help if things go wrong. The very opposite of box shifters - they are skilled, knowledgeable and helpful. I have bought everything from brand new, open box, ex display - and the quality and service is exactly the same.
