Excellent experience. Item was out of stock, but I was told that the Cardiff branch had one that had been a display model, so was offered it at a reduced price. I accepted and spoke to the branch who sent it to me really quickly.

I first rang the Cardiff shop to make sure the product I wanted was in stock and the gentleman I spoke to was very helpful. He then allocated the product for me after I said I would pick it up later that day.
When I arrived much later, the person I spoke to was very helpful and carried the TV to my car after explaining about the guarantee etc. I was also happy with the price of the TV

I had the pleasure of working with Michael and Jonathan who assisted me in selecting a TV. They guided me through the options and set me up from my home, having also organised for the tripod to be built. I changed my mind a few times and nothing was too much trouble. We needed a new 24" tv for our caravan. After reading reviews we chose an IG model but the model number was very close to a similar one, so we rang Richer Sounds Cardiff to ask what the difference was, they advised us that the higher number was an updated version. So we compared prices, two well known "specialist" shops were selling the older version at the same price as a "one shop fits all" shop and Richer Sounds. So we rang them again and they said they could order one in and if we didn't like that one there would be no pressure to buy it. So we went to the store and were greeted by two really nice gentlemen staff, very knowledgeable and they took it out of the box, set it up and let us listen to the sound and see how it worked. We were impressed so decided to buy it from them. I was encouraged to join their VIP club which gave me £10 off the price straight away and they even paid for the council car park behind their shop.
