I spoke to a chap in Bath,who dealt with my query regarding a claim on a 6 year guarantee. He assisted me to choose a new TV. Very knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. Thank you.

Our First TV for 5 years. I was looking for something that was not ridiculously expensive but provided a decent picture. There was only one place to go and that was Richer Sounds.

I found the perfect TV, at a reasonable price and am now ready for the new Star Trek series: Star Trek Starfleet Academy.

The process for purchasing was simple and help in the store when I click and collected it was excellent.

Always easy to shop at Richer sound either on line or in store. Bath store is not not that big but that's just a refection on thinking how much better they could do with more space. Staff are helpful and 'interested'. Parking is ok for size of store although Bath is a nightmare to navigate in a vehicle. Pricing generally competitive.
