This product arrived 24hrs after originally indicated. It was damaged. One flower survived but that was short term, the plant appeared to recover but did not survive beyond 2/3 weeks. Disappointing given that this was a wedding anniversary gift. I am still waiting for some kind of response? Or maybe that doesn’t happen?

We love the grape vines we received and the passion fruit plants. However, 4 out of the five plants have survived. One has completely died even though we were so careful to look after it. The three grape vines are flourishing so well.

I had a problen with my initial order but after contacting RHS thy replaced the plant without question and free . Great customer serrvice!

It arrived in not great condition - of the three stems only one was alive (I did report this but was told to be patient). Unfortunately the plant then died completely.
