First one I was sent was not in great shape, lots of dead stems in centre although i appreciate it was winter. RHS kindly sent me another one which was in a better condition. New growth emerging from both plants now summer's here after a long cold spring and even the original plant is improving. I am very pleased with them and customer service was excellent.
