Disappointed with the significant Highlands surcharge particularly when items arrived separately. I would have far preferred a lesser delivery charge and to have waited for one delivery covering all items ordered.
The gentian was poorly packed as it had moved a lot during the transit and quite a large amount of soil had come out of the pot. Many of the leaves were over.
Cannot wait for all the berries to come out!!
Product fantastic delivery is crazy expensive for something royal mail could deliver in an envelope.
Surcharges for living on a UK island are harsh but not unexpected. At least the RHS delivers here - even though I have to pay extra for it. Many places will not deliver here so I appreciate the RHS plant variety - many I can't get anywhere else as they won't deliver to Orkney. Thank you RHS for providing such a great service. It is a pleasure to find plants healthy and ready to go without any hassle in our delivery boxes. Highly recommended.
very good and well packed
It was never delivered as for some reason they wouldn’t deliver to the Isle of Man, would have been useful to have been told that before I ordered rather than a week later
