Rex Gooding have been consistently helpful, efficient and easy to deal with. This is a marked difference from other providers. Their handing of contractors has been fantastic, happy to recommend!

On Monday afternoon there was a leak after I’d taken a shower. I reported this straight away on their online system along with a the hot tap being broken and unusable in the kitchen. I was told not to use the only shower and bath in the property until it’s fixed. Since then I have chased it up twice and let them know both times that unable to have a shower or bath and I’m unable to use the hot tap in the kitchen. It’s now Saturday evening and I’ve still not heard from the contractor that will be be fixing it. Why is it not being treated as more of a priority?

My experience so far with Rex Gooding has been nice. We moved into their property some months ago, and I must confess that the time between the inspection and collection of keys was so quick. Most recently we had Eryn (one of their staff) come over to the house for an inspection. Eryn was very polite and super friendly. She carried out the task quickly and professionally. Based on these experiences, I will definitely recommend Rex Gooding.

Brilliant Service by the Sales Team

We completed on the sale of my Leasehold flat in Nottingham City Centre today.

Charlene was amazing in the sales process, keeping me advised all the way. Chloe was there for guidance and support at all times.

There were ups and downs in the process due to the complexities of Leasehold, goverment legislation, the freeholder, the block managing agents, solicitors and the list goes on. Rex Gooding got me through all of that.

Had a non-critical issue with the plumbing in our property rented through Rex Gooding. From initially reporting the problem to having it resolved was less than 24hrs. Excellent service giving great peace of mind.
