⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Finally a Cold Plunge System That Feels Well Thought Out
After my experience with my previous cold plunge, I spent a lot of time researching what I wanted in my next system. My last plunge suffered a major equipment failure, and unfortunately the company ultimately failed to honor the warranty. Because of that experience, I was much more particular this time around. RevX checked all the boxes, and so far I’ve been extremely impressed.
One of my favorite things about the RevX design is that the filtration and sanitation system is separate from the chiller. This makes so much sense. Maintenance is easier, components are accessible, and you’re not dealing with everything crammed into one complicated unit. It’s convenient, serviceable, and gives me much more confidence in maintaining proper water quality and flow.
The stackable design is another huge win. Being able to stack the filtration/sanitation system with the chiller keeps the entire setup compact and organized. You get a substantial filtration and cooling system without having equipment spread all over the floor. For anyone putting their plunge in a garage or another area where space matters, this is an excellent design.
I was also pleasantly surprised by the WiFi module. Setup was straightforward and easy, and I had it connected without any headaches. It’s a great addition to an already well-designed system.
Another area where RevX has really stood out is customer service. Communication has been fast, responsive, and helpful. After dealing with a company that left me disappointed when I actually needed warranty support, good communication means a lot to me. RevX has made a great impression from the beginning.
Overall, the RevX feels like a system designed by people who actually thought about filtration, sanitation, maintenance, cooling, space, and usability as a complete package rather than simply attaching a chiller to a tub.
I’m extremely happy with my decision to go with RevX. Great design, convenient maintenance, space-saving equipment, easy WiFi setup, and excellent customer service. Five stars from me.
