Took quite long to deliver but jerseys are worth the wait
Took quite long to deliver. Support was friendly and told me the long shipping time was due to the britisch Mail strike. Had no problems with customs in Germany, but would recommend not to buy too many shirts at once.
Jerseys look great. Good quality for reasonable prices.

Very good!
I also ordered a shirt to Germany and it was very much delayed and I couldn’t track the order with the tracking number, but the problem is on the Royal Mail side not from Retro Soccer. I was very pissed in the beginning because I thought I got scammed but the order arrived a little late but it arrived, and I have to say the quality is very nice and I am very happy with the product! Only 4 stars because of the long waiting time.

Delayed or non existent shipment
Hi,
I ordered two shirts from Retro Soccer UK to Germany in September. After the shipment had neither arrived nor been officially confirmed at the beginning of November, it was time to write an email and ask for more information. I only got a very short answer with the tracking code. But with this code, I can't even track the shipment.
All other questions were not answered and so, almost two months after ordering, I am still waiting for my two jerseys, annoyed by the waiting time and the poor customer service.

Yes apologies on your delayed order; unfortunately your order came at the time during the Royal Mail Industrial action AND during the time of the week long Royal Mail tracking outage. Apologies for this but unfortunately it was out of our hands. I can however see that the items were safely delivered a few weeks back. Apologies again for your experience, i'm afraid Royal Mail have let us down here once again. Thanks

Great quality and affordable
Been buying from Retrosoccer for a few years now, the quality is fantastic. The team are friendly and helpful when I've had questions and you can tell from their Insta page that they're very passionate about footy shirts.

I made a purchase on Black Friday and 17 days later I have receive no answer about its delivery. I have written several mails, DM on instagram, comments and still nothing from them. On their website the say that UK delivery is between 2 and 5 working days. Even doubt about a refund, because they simple don't answer anything.

This order was sorted out very quickly - and the customer was very pleased - although she did not read the delivery information of 10-20 days. We had reached for her to amend her feedback but she did not respond … oh the #irony
