Pete truly is a God send. He has done wonders for my body. He's also incredibly knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend him to anyone living with pain or in need of a body MOT.

A massive thank you Peter Houchin and Retrain Pain for your amazing therapy,support ànd going above and beyond to help me. Going through the most stressful time of my life and almost FINALLY facing my demons to be able to grow. has been hard and I would NOT be here if it weren't for you.

I know I'm not easy to work with being an 11 year old in a 35ish year old body. But you took me on and delved deeper than I think either of us expected to be able to or in some cases planned.

We still have some work to do but I so grateful you have stuck with me, accepted me and had the patience of a Saint which I have found so rare in the past.

To anyone considering going to this company I can wholeheartedly say Retrain Pain are amazing. I came to him to simply try and treat pain I was suffering as symptoms of ptsd and depression.

In the time I have been working with Peter Houchin. I have built my confidence up so I can now walk around in public without music in my ears and now my pelvic pain is under control so I can walk further.

I can tell the difference between emotional and physical pain and treat them in moments without medication or time off work.

We have also treated a long term shoulder and back problem without even knowing it by going into the emotional side of my problems.

We have had an amazing journey and I can honestly say that I feel like I can do anything (within reason). I know what I want out of life and I now have no physical or mental constraints or boundaries.

So if you have had pain, suffering for years. " The cover is not the book" and you will be surprised when you get to the root of the problem how much better you feel.

After seeing Peter there was quite a change to my running, sleep, energy levels and appetite. I no longer have the pain I had in my legs after and during a 5k run and in fact there was aching in core muscles and quads rather than calves so I think he has 'rewired' me somehow without me even pointing out the problem areas! I also felt stronger was really running instead of limping! It’s hard to describe because to lose so much pain and tiredness from years overnight is strangely overwhelming but ordinary at the same time because I am probably functioning nearer how I should have been all along. I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia but now am not sure whether it really is that. The treatment with Peter has reduced it in any case. I went back for a second treatment and will go for top ups but a longstanding leg injury, which I thought was scar tissue, has disappeared and lots of stiffness has also gone. Thanks Peter.
