All you'd expect from an internet purchase
This was my first order with Repsole. It was only a very small order - and I thought the handling and carriage was a bit expensive, but the order was delivered promptly and with good communication at every stage.

This was the first time I had used repsole. The commando plugs I ordered came promptly, and I had the chance to say where I wanted them to go if I was out (In fact I was in).

Disappointing
I thought that having paid £6.95 for next day delivery which we didn't receive. We ordered at 11 am on the 5th of june and received it today the 9th

Hi Diane,
I have reviewed your order and it has come to light that we only had one of the leads in stock, so we dispatched on Friday PM instead of the Thursday PM.
Our system should flag us to contact you, but this did not happen.
I apologise for our mistakes and I have refunded the the full amount of the order and the carriage.

First Class Service could not fault them.
I placed the order website easy to navigate, items were delivered the next day delivery service sent text message about dispatch and time of arrival (given a 1 hour window) and parcel arrived bang in time.

The 'go to people' from now on!
Within 30 minutes the order was waiting for our team to pick up. Traffic issues resulted in the pick up being compromised, whereupon Repsole rep Lee arranged delivery on our behalf. The after sales support is excellent.
