Very nice experience. I came to Warsaw as an exchange student for a semester, so I had to find a flat remotely (which is a bit scary...) but it was very easy to contact them and to rent the flat. I did not visit it until the day I moved in, and when I did the flat was perfectly clean. Also, and most of all, whenever I needed something someone was able to help me almost instantly. The team is very reactive on WhatsApp, very kind and professional. When I noticed I was going to leave the flat earlier than initially agreed they offered to adapt and make the contract finish earlier, saving me a lot of time, effort, and a month's rent. I strongly recommend, especially if you're moving in from abroad.

Well ,a lot to say about this "agency".
When I first arrived in Warsaw years ago I was desperated and as a foreigner that doesn't speak English it was hard to find a flat.
First of all it's very expensive they take 3K zlotys for fees ,can you imagine just 3K because they found you a flat ,then you can never join then when you have a problem (I had a problem with my contract and nobody was able to answer)
Secondly the prices of the apartment are not the real prices ,they are using the lack of knowledge of foreigners to make them pay as much as possible (4K zlotys for 30m2 )

Anyway don't go to this agency really,don't make this mistake
