Good service.
This is the second 3rd party remote we purchased. Again, replacing a Panasonic remote with unusable buttons. They work very well - no issues. Also, very quick delivery.

Great customer service, kept me informed and checked with me that it would be ok for both remotes to come together slightly later due to a delay in one arriving with them / excellent consideration for the customer.
