I had a good experience - bought 5 replicas, all were delivered quickly. Phone once about a query and phone was answered quickly, the guy was helpful.

I would give these guys 0 stars if I could. Communication is terrible. The gun arrived broken in half and I called them straight away. I sent them pictures and Colin assured me it left there in one piece. I then sent pictures of the packaging which was fine so Colin then said I must have broken it after delivery and not to bother sending it back as it can't be repaired. I don't understand how he could of accused me of breaking it because the metal in the hand grip snapped in two places and the plastic surrounding it is absolutely fine so how do you break metal without breaking the plastic in the 5 minutes between it being delivered and me calling them to report the faulty product. Colin hasn't since replied to my emails. I have raised a dispute with my bank and luckily they refunded me the full amount. Definitely not bothering with this company again and would not recommend.

So I went to this company to see the replica gpmg they were making that looked amazing from the photos shown, however this wasn't the case when I received it.

First of all the price, it is absolute daylight robbery how they charge this much for such a poor quality replica. The whole thing was made of steel and resin, which the steel parts were actually of fairly high quality. But the resin parts were absolutely atrocious such as the top cover and muzzle.

The top cover looks like it has been attacked with an angle grinder or something as there as huge gouges out the underside of it where it closes down and not to mention the play between said top cover and the metalwork. The grip and trigger are of an absolutely atrocious quality as well looking as if a 3 year old had done it with no experience at all! And don't get me started on the muzzle and front sight area, it arrived bent, which in all honesty could have been the postal company, and the front sight protectors were bent and one was snapped off. So now I have to fix it myself as one of the many issues this thing has.

Another thing is that they politely sent me another top cover at my request but it wasn't even fully finished. There were no holes drilled to bolt it onto the gun and it's far too large to even fit, so even more modification was needed to fit an already dodgy part. And don't get me started on how it was advertised to fit belts in but the 2 bolts used to hold the belt, don't even do so without further modifications!

Even the bipod is of poor quality as it's nothing like the actual one as this is just a bolt that a bipod screws onto that's stripped of its threads so it doesn't even work as intended, it's absolutely appalling.

Even the rear sight had issues as well as it is just set in a position that doesn't even look correct at all.

Long story short, the replica looks good from about 20 metres away but any closer than that and you'll see the true horrors of it.

They also had the nerve to charge £700 odd for this thing, which is daylight robbery!

All in all avoid this company for replicas as they are off very poor quality and they love to overprice their things.

Will definitely not be returning to this company for any more sales.

I purchased a replica in good faith earlier this year (I have purchased several items from this company in the past.)

I had a problem with the mechanism which started very shortly after purchase, no big deal, just a spring slipped or something. I reported this and was sent a video about the operation of the replica. This had literally nothing to do with the issue as it was solely about the operation of the replica.

I asked if they wanted me to attempt to repair it to avoid sending it back. I was happy to try but wanted permission before I did so. They were happy with this and gave me permission to do so.

I was unable to repair due to such poor quality screws being used and so said I would need to return. They accepted the return but would not pay for it (even though it was faulty!!)

I paid this anyway just to get it sorted. A little time went and I hadn't heard anything so chased, finally finding out it had arrived. (they have a habit of ignoring emails).

After a week or so they fixed the replica and to my shock I received an invoice for the repair (for an item that was faulty) I questioned this and was rudely dismissed. I emailed several times again, the emails being ignored making sure I knew that they were essentially holding the replica for ransom until I pay (and also to ship it back to me!!)

I had considered taking the matter to court at that point but decided it was not worth my time so paid it. Several weeks past and I STILL had not received the replica back. As I was away one of my colleagues rang and after several attempts was finally able to speak to Colin Hodgson who was both rude and aggressive and basically said that as I had dared to call him out on his behaviour he was not going to return the item.

The only way I managed to finally get this back was to start court proceedings against them and even after they finally agreed to send it back chose to send me a rude email. In that email he even admitted that he wasn’t going to charge but just decided to because I tried to repair the gun (which HE told me to!!!)

The only good thing is that now I never have to deal with this petty little thief again. Do yourselves a favour and avoid this company.
