I have used this company many times over several years and always had excellent and prompt service.
I have had varifocals, reading glasses and polarised sun glasses done.
Normally it takes no longer than a week to get the reglazed frames back.
If I have had a query I have always had helpful and cheerful response on the phone.
This last time they repaired a pair of broken sun glasses and they came back as new.
Fantastic service. Not quite as fast as opticians but fantastic value for money and quality.
Getting my lenses made was such an easy and seamless process! Everything was done online – I just sent through my script and was guided step-by-step through what to do next. I couriered my frames, and about 3 weeks later, I had brand new glasses delivered back to me. So convenient, professional, and hassle-free. I’ll definitely be ordering another pair ASAP! Highly recommend. 👓✨

Very disappointed with the service and costumer service.
It took so long and did not take longer because I was chasing all the time. If I didn’t contact them to ask for my glasses I think they would still there. One month to reglaze glasses when paid for fast service. I sent emails and nothing back. When they replied was the most rude answers back.
There are competitors with much better service and not more expensive.
Surely I will not use this company anymore.
First class service and price. Reglazed my glasses in a week saving me the cost of new frames. Highly recommended.
Hooray!!! An online glasses optician reglazer actually in New Zealand - AND actually able to produce the results. One star down - quoted 2 day turn around but it took nearer 2 weeks but super responsive when I contacted them. Not so bad really compared Optically took 4 months (lab in Australia) and then did a rubbish job. Will use Reglaze again (especially as they cheaper than specsavers by a far chunk!)
